Deshawn Scotti started her corporate career as a learning and development designer and facilitator in pharmaceuticals, retail, and FMCG. She was the Director of a niche leadership and coaching organization for eight years called Yudelowitz Shannon & Associates and a BathConsultancy Group consultant. While at Bath, she represented the company in South Africa and co-facilitated workshops with Professor Peter Hawkins. Her consulting years have provided her the opportunity to build experience and expertise in designing and facilitating workshops.
