Lekisha Lanahan is an Executive Coach and Strategy Partner working with global leaders and senior corporate executives across the world. She has more than 20 years of international business experience, specifically focused in financial services.

During her time working in Istanbul, London and Vienna, Lekisha held the positions of Head of Investment Banking Operations (Banque Paribas), CFO (ABN AMRO Capital Markets Turkey) and Regional Project Coordinator (ABN AMRO Bank London and Vienna). This business background gives her insights into the challenges, goals, and opportunities of local and global executives from a wide variety of countries and let her move into Executive Coaching and Strategy Partnership in working across the world.

As a global executive coach, Lekisha offers executive coaching and facilitation in Leadership Development, Business and Financial Acumen, Team Effectiveness, Embracing Diversity and Achieving Inclusiveness, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Management. In her coaching, Lekisha combines the principles of behavioural science with extensive business experience to drive maximized potential and sustained behavioral change.  With compassion and challenge, Lekisha aims at helping her clients delve deep into their being and analyze the real issues and their root causes. She takes them on a journey to explore alternatives and view all the possible perspectives.

Lekisha graduated from Columbia University’s Advanced Executive Coaching Certification Program. She is certified in The Neethling Brain Instrument, Thinking Preferences, Korn Ferry 360 Assessment, and the Leadership Circle Profile. Lekisha is also trained and certified in CRR’s Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and AIIR’s Team Effectiveness.

In addition to her role as an Executive Coach and Strategy Partner, she conducts academic research, publish articles and papers, present at international conferences and act as a keynote speaker. In her academic work, Lekisha focuses on Diversity, Equity, Empowerment and Inclusion. Her latest peer reviewed article titled “Teachers and The Foundations of Intercultural Interactions” was published in the International Review of Education. As a woman who has lived and worked in four different countries (Turkey, UK, US and Austria), Lekisha does not only value diversity and inclusion, they are embedded in everything she does.
