Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Keila led Executive Coaching and Assessments for an American Fortune 500 company. In her corporate career spanning 16 years, she led several high-profile projects for accelerating the development of leaders, building talent, and promoting cultural change.Among her many accomplishments are establishing enterprise-wide talent portfolios, launching global training programs, facilitating cultural change and promoting data-based decision making in talent processes.
