Dewayne’s approach to coaching is forged from a career of exceeding enterprise growth goals, scaling venture-backed technology companies and leading global teams to meet hellish product launch deadlines. Most recently as an executive leader at Phenom People, Dewayne designed the mindful leadership and performance programs necessary for the company to establish the entirely new HR Technology segment of “Talent Experience”. In 2019, Bersin by Deloitte recognized the power of this approach and began educating enterprise companies on the power of Talent Experience to attract, engage and retain top talent.

A trained mindfulness practitioner, Dewayne equips his clients with practices and frameworks that provide clarity amid chaos and allow them to see the forest for the trees. With compassion and candor, Dewayne’s approach to coaching and leadership development has helped leaders and teams increase their effectiveness and achieve impact that lasts well beyond the coaching engagement. Combining his business and coaching experience with the foundational leadership lessons learned as a cadet at Valley Forge Military Academy, Dewayne has supported countless leaders and teams at venture-backed startups, innovative nonprofits, Fortune 500 companies and leading enterprises like Aon, Panasonic, GE, Select Medical, Deloitte, Lockheed Martin, Wells Fargo, and Comcast.

As a Senior Leadership Consultant and executive coach at AIIR Consulting, Dewayne combines the lessons of these experiences with AIIR’s powerful evidence-based methodology and proprietary coaching technology to help his clients build meaningful lives and careers.

A certified ICF coach and Birkman Professional, Dewayne also holds an MBA from Temple University, a Certificate in Executive Leadership from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Political Science from Dickinson College.
